Do you provide wait staff?
The Chocolate Fountain package include a professional attendant that will set-up, maintain the
fountain and answer any questions your guests may have. If you are not hosting a Chocolate
Fountain event, but would like an attendant to assist at your function, it can be arranged for an
additional fee
.
I'm unsure of the guest count - what happens if too many people show up?
If attendance is more than 10% above the guest count, we will make every effort to accommodate
your group, however we cannot guarantee availability of additional items as specified in the
original proposal, and will substitute accordingly
.
Can I keep the left-overs?
Unfortunately due to state regulations and liability reasons, once the event has concluded all
remaining food items are the property of The Chocolate Aristocrat. We cannot control safe
handling of food after it leaves our controlled environment. This applies to both client and
guests.
Do you cater events outside of Houston?
Give us a call and tell us where your event will be held. Deliveries outside of the City of Houston
are subject to an additional fee.
Do you offer direct billing?
If you are a current client with an established payment history and you would like to set up an
account, please contact the office manager for an account application.
Do you provide tables, chairs, linens etc.?
Yes we do for an additional fee. We will happily arrange rentals for your event. However,
advanced notice is required due to the market availability of these items.
Do you accept donation requests?
Due to the large number of requests we receive, The Chocolate Aristocrat considers requests
from current customers only. If you are a current customer with a request, please send your
request in writing to:11152 Westheimer Rd. #662 Houston, TX 77042 Your written request
must be on official letterhead and include a description of the event and who will benefit. Upon
receipt of your written request, all organizations will receive notification of the decision in
writing. The donation fulfillment process can be lengthy - your patience is appreciated. We do
not accept donation requests via phone or email.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, company checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
Yes, we offer complimentary disposable plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and napkins.
